H₂One Cleantech Private Limited was incorporated in Tamil Nadu, India, to develop direct ammonia fuel cell technology for clean power.
Selected for a ₹10 Lakh proof-of-concept grant for “Standardised Shore Power Supply Systems for Ports” — in association with the Cochin Port Authority, Kochi.
Completed the first 5 cm² validation stage with the anode material finalised for the direct ammonia fuel cell.
Completed the 5 cm² cathode material development and demonstrated operation using liquid ammonia as the fuel.
Signed an MoU with Dr. Ganesan, VIT Chennai, for fuel cell study and development in electric vehicles at the Electric Vehicles Incubation, Testing and Research Centre (eVIT-RC).
Incubated at the MaDeIT Innovation Foundation, IIITDM Chennai, and set up an office in the MaDeIT office space at IIITDM.
